Building Regulations

Oh yeah, just some massing and program regulations of note:
1. Max height is 15.5M, basically what shown in the models.
2. Only four floors allowed, which is odd since there's room for five.
3. The gross area is about 450M2, which across four floors limits the footprint to whats shown in the model. Actually thats basically the limit of the site in the back anyways.
4. The building needs to house 18 students, but its up to the designer to propose how those 18 beds are organized / separated / etc.
5. Parking can be located in neighboring sites.
6. One elevator is required.
